Claire Potter MCSP
Claire Potter (MCSP)

Having qualified with a BSc (Hons) Degree in Applied Sports Science from Edinburgh University in 2005, my continued interest in human movement and function attracted me towards a career in physiotherapy.  I went on to study at the Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen where I graduated with a MSc Degree in Physiotherapy.

I am now delighted to have joined the Physiotherapy Scotland team as an Associate Physiotherapist in 2008.

Using my combined knowledge of both Sports Science and Physiotherapy I enjoy working within various sporting arenas and currently lead the physiotherapy provision for Livingston RFC in addition to working with Basketball Scotland and Scottish Hockey.

Since joining the Physiotherapy Scotland team I am pleased to have established an over-60's exercise class programme within the Kirkliston Community Centre. These classes are aimed at promoting health, well-being and relaxation for participants of all abilities, an area of special interest to me.
